Thanks to everyone involved in putting together the Zuma dinner. The wine at our table that stole the show was the 2001 Le Clos de Caillou CDP. 2001 was a great year and we served it next to a 2001 Clos de Papes, which I feel is a pretty steep hurdle, but it was beautiful. It was brought by a guest of Les Duffy’s, Paul Brown (I think). I hope we see more of him.
