- 2000 Teldeschi Petite Sirah – USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley (10/30/2015)
Dark red color throughout. There’s a significant amount of sediment requiring decanting through cheese cloth. Black fruit predominates, with some tobacco and cedar. A good backbone of tannin and acid. This is a medium weight wine for food pairing (think duck). Easily 10 years of life left, but drinks great right now. (90 points)
